Builders/Developer for both commercial properties and domestic dwellings, including newbuilds and refurbs.
Details?
The regs have been revised again for October 2010
There are 4 regs:
New Dwellings / Existing Dwellings / New Buildings other than Dwellings / Existing buildings other than dwellings
When involved in any of the above you have to meet Target C02 emission rates (TER) and produce an Energy Performance Certificate for the property.

Building Regulations regarding Ventilation
Who does it affect?
Builders/Developer for both commercial properties and domestic dwellings, including newbuilds and refurbs.
Details?
The regs have been revised again for October 2010
Properties need to be increasingly airtight but still provide adequate ventilation. The changes to Part F for 2010 favour continuous ventilation. Ventilation must also be quiet and efficient.
